inspection group
The Inspection Team is the eyes and ears of our organization, and they work in concert with the Disbursement Team to efficiently process the draw requests. Projects are typically inspected twice a month based upon their geographic location. This allows us to properly monitor the ongoing course of construction for each of our projects. Each of our inspectors has a background in construction and most are ICBO certified.

We rotate the inspector's routes so that no job is ever inspected by just one of our team members. This method allows each inspector's report to be reviewed by another member in of Inspection Team. If there are any extraordinary items or questions in regards to a specific project, our inspectors will call or meet with the jobsite superintendent. The team members are:
Oscar McField
Inspector
Mark Emmons
President
Mark Whitaker
Inspector
Jim Inscho
Costing Analyst / Inspector
Victoria Lapasinski
Inspector
Our inspectors utilize state-of-the-art electronic communication to data enter the details of their newest site visit. Wireless notebook technology allows for quick uploading of all inspection details, including the photographs. The information is transmitted to our central office for editing and completeness. This process provides the quickest interval between physical visit and internet updating. Inspections are ordinarily conducted twice monthly.

Bi-Monthly Construction Inspections
Chuck Hasz Enterprise conducts bi monthly inspections on all of the construction projects that are assigned with fund control. Inspectors are assigned projects on a bi monthly basis where they drive to the projects assigned for that day. Inspections consist of meeting with and walking the job site with superintendent, when available, if he is not available the inspector walks the site on their own. The inspector takes pictures of current construction progress that has taken place since the last inspection. The inspector notes all site conditions, Job progress, Superintendent on site, Workers on site and materials stored. He then scores the construction cost breakdown for increases in construction progress line item by line item. Pictures and comments are sent to the main office and forwarded to the appropriate lender. See fee page for cost.
